2. Product Description and Disclaimer

Petpidic offers natural meteorites and handcrafted jewelry. Due to the rare and natural composition of the materials:

  • Each piece is one of a kind and may differ slightly from pictures in terms of shape, tone, or pattern.
  • We strive to photograph and describe products accurately, but minor deviations are to be expected and do not constitute defects.
  • All meteorite products are intended solely for decorative or collectible purposes, not for laboratory or industrial use.
  • Any information about origin or classification is based on current knowledge and does not represent a legally binding warranty.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any incorrectly priced order before it is shipped.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from the United States.
  • Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is around 3 business days via our preferred carrier.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unworn items sent back within 14 days of delivery.
  • In case of damage or fulfillment error, replacements or refunds will be issued upon verification.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless the issue is our responsibility.
  • Customized or modified pieces are non-refundable.

All content — including images, product descriptions, designs, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of BREADY CONSULTING MARKETING LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
