Promotions and Referral Program Terms

From time to time, Petpidic may offer discounts, referral programs, giveaways, or other promotional campaigns. Participation is entirely optional. By taking part, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotional Offers (Discounts & Coupons)

We may launch sales or distribute promo codes for limited-time deals (e.g., % off, free shipping, etc.):

  • Each promotion will include specific conditions like eligibility (e.g., first-time buyers), expiration dates, and discount value.
  • Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
  • Abuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit a new user offer) may result in cancellation or pricing adjustment.
  • Promotions are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
  • If refund or partial return affects the qualifying threshold, the discount may be revoked accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any promotion in case of abuse, system malfunction, or inventory constraints.

2. Referral Program

When active, our referral program allows current customers ("Referrers") to invite new users ("Referees") and receive rewards under these rules:

  • Eligibility: Referrers must be active customers. Referees must be new to Petpidic and never placed an order before.
  • Referral Code or Link: The Referee must use a valid code or link at checkout.
  • Reward: The Referrer earns a benefit (e.g., credit or discount) when the Referee completes a qualified purchase. The Referee may also receive a welcome gift.
  • Limitations: Self-referrals, spamming, or misleading promotional behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraud Prevention: Suspected abuse (fake accounts, mass referrals, etc.) will lead to reward denial and possible disqualification.
  • Redemption & Expiration: Rewards are valid only on our website, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire.
  • Program Updates: Petpidic may update or discontinue the referral program at any time. Valid referrals made before changes will still be honored.

3. Contests & Giveaways

We occasionally host contests or giveaways (e.g., "Win a meteorite pendant"). Each campaign will come with its own rules detailing:

  • Entry instructions
  • Eligibility (e.g., U.S. residents aged 18+)
  • Deadlines, winner selection, and prize information

If conflicts arise, the specific contest rules take precedence over these general terms.

4. Trial Offers or Limited Promotions

In the case of trial-based or first-time offers (e.g., "$10 off your first order"):

  • One-time use per customer
  • Subject to cancellation if misuse is suspected
  • May end at any time without prior notice

5. Liability

Unless otherwise specified, Petpidic is not liable for missed opportunities if a promotion ends or is modified. We will, however, refund any payment differences resulting from technical errors during checkout.

6. Taxes

If any discount, reward, or prize received is taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.

7. Additional Notes

  • Do not alter or misrepresent our promotional content (images, text, logos).
  • Participating in a referral or promotional event does not make you an employee, affiliate, or agent of Petpidic.

8. Violations

Abuse of these terms — including fraud, deceptive conduct, or spamming — may result in disqualification from promotions, cancellation of any benefits granted, and possible termination of your customer account.
