This Shipping Policy explains how Petpidic handles domestic U.S. orders, available delivery methods, processing times, and related logistics. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping within the United States.

Shipping Territory

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • During promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking details. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address at checkout. Petpidic is not liable for delivery issues due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery refusals
  • Unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Failure to retrieve packages marked as delivered

For signature-required services, someone must be present at the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed collection, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
